A late stage German ovarian cancer patient, who was given months to live, in 1987 was injected with a then-experimental bio tech drug. The monoclonal antibody was being used to track tumors in the ovarian cancer patients body. Instead, it may lead to a breakthrough treatment for ovarian cancer patients.

Hanley Brown Group Real Estate Advisors, one of the most dominant retail investment groups in Southern California and a market leader in the exclusive representation of owners in the sale of shopping centers, announced today Edward B. Hanley and Eric L. Werner of Hanley Brown Group represented the seller in the $7.5 million sale of Margarita Square, a multi-tenant leased investment located at the signalized corner of Highway 79 and Margarita Road in Temecula, Calif. The 11,775-square-foot building was sold at a cap rate of 5.35%, which represented one of the highest prices per square foot deals in this area.

Transcan Development announced it has awarded the marketing and leasing contract for County Crossings in Antioch, Calif. to CB Richard Ellis (CBRE). Projected to be the largest retail development in the San Francisco Bay Area for the foreseeable future, the 250-acre project, which is located at the northwest quadrant of highly trafficked Highways 4 and 160 in Contra Costa County, is planned to feature 1,500,000 square feet of retail, a high density residential village, and a proposed Light Rail BART Station.

The ?American Inventor? on ABC. Many of the contestants have fallen victim to invention, patenting and licensing companies, and have paid astronomical amounts of money to produce their prototypes unnecessarily. An alternative is available for anyone to take full advantage of that will save the inventor countless dollars. The public needs to be aware of this.

Bruin football fans get the unique opportunity on June 8th to relive great moments in Bruin football history and to step inside the UCLA football program as a Bruin Flashback Player, a Flashback Coach or a Flashback Owner. Campers will play, train and learn from Head Coach Karl Dorrell, his staff and some of the Bruins greatest past players, including Freeman McNeil, Cade McNown, Tom Ramsey, Billy Kilmer, and former coach Terry Donahue just to name a few of the greats returning to the campus.
