INsig2 LawTech Europe Congress Announces Day 2 Keynote Speaker Karl Hennessee for its 2016 Event

INsig2 LawTech Europe Congress, an annual event on digital evidence, computer forensics, analytics, and cybersecurity, is pleased to have Karl Hennessee as its Day 2 Keynote Speaker for its 2016 event. His expertise in International Litigation and Investigations make him a perfect fit for the Congress.

Karl Hennessee serves as the Keynote Speaker for Day 2, 8 November 2016, of INsig2 LawTech Europe Congress. His Keynote will focus on the “Development and Use of Electronic Evidence in International Arbitration.”

Karl observes that, "the arbitral community is struggling right now to find the right approach to digital review, especially forensic document and structured data review in an environment that was traditionally hostile to the compulsory disclosure of evidence. ?A series of arbitral and parallel institutions have prepared or deployed guidance, however, it's a hot and evolving topic right now.”

"We are very pleased to have Karl Hennessee as the Day 2 Keynote Speaker for INsig2 LTEC16," said Frederick Gyebi-Ababio, Director of INsig2 LawTech Europe Congress. "With his extensive experience in international law, investigations, and arbitration, he will certainly wow the audience with an inspiring horizon view of the future of electronic evidence, digital forensics, and investigations."
