New Book to Unlock the Government Resources Vault for Disabled and Low-Income Americans

Tonza Borden Aims to Reveal Resources to Help People with Disabilities Pursue Opportunities for Employment and Assets with Government Bail Out Programs in New Book Disability Empowerment: Free Money for Disabled Americans to Make Dreams a Reality

Tonza Borden informs, educates and inspires other disabled Americans on how to unlock the government resources vault such as Social Security Plan for Achieving Self-Sufficiency (PASS) in conjunction with other methods to obtain gainful employment and home ownership. Now is the time for people with disabilities to get their bail out.

Few people with disabilities take advantage of the PASS which is a wonderful work incentive. In 1974, when SSI began, Congress created the PASS provisions, which allow for the exclusion of income and resources if used toward the achievement of a vocational goal. Ten years after its creation, the PASS funds lay dormant.

Disability Empowerment is a simple guide to take advantage of little known financial assistance, without having to be repaid, to achieve a work goal as Borden did while disabled. The guide includes detailed instructions and writing samples. This book is available to all low-income people, but it supports people with disabilities who have fear for their financial future.

Tonza Borden wrote Disability Empowerment to help others with disability that are dreaming of operating a successful and profitable business or get a college degree and work in a specific career field or become a home owner. ?My goal was to become self-reliant again. I did not have a clue about how I would get the money needed for a micro business startup but by faith in God, I was already preparing a business plan,? said Tonza Borden. When I discovered the PASS, I developed a stronger determination to achieve my occupational goal, which meant extensive research and due diligence to make my dream come true.?
